Welcome

Youth With A Mission’s (YWAM) School of Biblical Studies (SBS) is available in two e-learning formats:

  • the Field Based SBS, (fbSBS)
  • and the E-Learning SBS, (e-SBS)
fbSBS
The Field Based SBS (fbSBS) is a dynamic way for YWAM staff to participate in the fully accredited University of the Nations SBS that can be studied part time at a base or team location.  Each month of the residential school has been extended to a three month module requiring ten-twelve hours a week of study.  The SBS via this field based course will enable you as a YWAM staff member to take the course part time while continuing with your base/team ministries and responsibilities. The fbSBS is ideal for:

  • Individual YWAM staff who have a passion to know more of God’s Word and ways.
  • Whole teams to work on together or as part of a team training strategy.
  • Integrating into existing base training curriculum to provide a dynamic biblical studies element.
eSBS
The e-SBS is designed to make Youth With A Mission’s dynamic School of Biblical Studies available to those from all walks of life that have a hunger for God’s Word and want to engage with it at a deeper level.  Those taking this course can build up credits toward a University of the Nations (U of N) accredited Certificate in both New Testament and Old Testament Inductive study.  The Certificate in New Testament Inductive Study requires 16 credits, and the Old Testament a further 20 credits.  These credits can at some future point be used towards an undergraduate degree with the U of N.
